Junior Business Development Executive Fresher Job

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with extensive experience in Upwork bidding. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing projects through Upwork, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the freelance marketplace. Key Responsibilities:

a. Upwork Bidding & Proposal Writing:
1. Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
2. Craft compelling, tailored proposals that address the client s needs and showcase our expertise.
3. Follow up on proposals and negotiate terms to secure projects.

b. Client Relationship Management:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
2. Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing queries and ensuring their needs are met.
3. Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

c. Market Research & Analysis:
1. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand industry trends.
2. Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to refine our bidding strategy.
Stay updated with changes in Upwork policies and platform features.

d. Collaboration & Coordination:
1. Work closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure the feasibility of proposals.
2. Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for bid preparation.
3. Ensure smooth handover of projects to the delivery team once contracts are secured.

e. Performance Tracking & Reporting:
1. Track and report on bidding activities, success rates, and project outcomes.
2. Analyze performance data to improve bidding strategies and techniques.
3. Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities.

Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Experience: Freshers to 1 year of experience can apply for this job.
