1. Participate in product definition, project planning, and tracking including task investigation, work breakdown, and estimation
2. Deliver defined product commitments on agreed timelines with balanced quality
3. Participate in continuous improvement of architecture, infrastructure, processes, skills, and the organization
4. Define, implement, deploy, and maintain development infrastructure, staging & production environments for cloud products targeting 100% automation via Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Security as Code (SaC)
5. Ensure availability, reliability, scalability, performance, security, compliance, and disaster recovery of cloud products
6. Provide CI/CD, A/B testing, and upgrade/downgrade of cloud products
7. Supervise, diagnose, and correct problems by collaborating with development teams to deliver on SLA
8. Collaborate with corporate DevOps & SecOps teams to optimize the effort & resources needed to operate cloud products
9. Work in technologies and tools like Cloud: Azure, AWS, GCP; CI/CD Tools: Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Gitlab CI; Containers: Docker, Kubernetes; Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana; IAC: Terraform, Chef, Puppet; and Linux: Ubuntu, Redhat, Centos
