Other requirements

1. Master’s degree in sustainable architecture or a related field

2. Freshers with at least 2 internships or a minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry.

3. Proficiency with simulation tools such as Ecotect, eQuest, Revit, Rhino, and Ladybug tools.

4. Familiarity with green building certifications, including IGBC, LEED, and GRIHA.

5. Understanding of building codes and regulations.

6. Knowledge of green building (LEED Consulting, Building Energy Modeling, and Sustainability)

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹35,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
