Role: US collection process (voice process)
US-based 1st party Soft (credit card) Collection process
Location: Mumbai, Bhayandar (Mira road)
US shift/ one side cab facility
Work window - 5.30 pm to 10.30 am (9hrs rotational- with 1 hour break)
Shifts - 5 days working and 2 rotational work off
Work from office

Experience - HSC/Graduate Fresher and Experience (BPO)
Need excellent English communication skills

Salary 17k to 32k (depends on experience)

Age Criteria: 39 Years maximum
