As an interior designer, you should have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client. You should be confident communicating regularly with clients in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. You should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best idea for the client.
Key responsibilities:
1. Own the sales funnel & drive sales closure
2. Own customer experience during a project
3. Lead and own quality & accuracy of design deliverables
4. Own an end-to-end project lifecycle
5. Create BOQ for customers and coordinate with internal & external agencies
6. Work on sales closure by way of logical & trusted sales pitch, driving and leading the design meetings with the customers
1. Graduation/relevant diploma along with 15 years of academic education
2. Minimum experience of 1 year as an interior designer
3. Led and delivered a minimum of 5 to 6 residential projects
4. Holds excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, and AutoCAD
5. Holds design expertise in conceptual design (layout, style, mood board)
6. Technical design (material knowledge, execution, and drawing preparation)
7. Modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning)
8. Civil works & services (specifications & installation details)
9. Holds behavioral attributes of result-oriented, teamwork, integrity & ethics, crisp & meaningful communication
10. Holds a high degree of willingness to learn, and ability to drive performance among independent team members
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year
