Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and requirements.
2. Create detailed 3D models and renderings using 3ds Max and Google SketchUp.
3. Develop concept boards and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts.
4. Produce construction drawings and specifications using AutoCAD.
5. Select and source materials, furniture, and fixtures for projects.
6. Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design skills.
