Proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Office, and MS-Word will enable you to efficiently manage data and documents.
Key responsibilities:
1. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers
2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and promote a positive work environment
3. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
4. Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of our team
5. Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration to ensure timely and accurate compensation for employees
6. Compile and analyze HR metrics and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and contribute to the overall success of the clinic
