We are looking for a performance-driven HR & admin executive to help our CEO manage the complete back office of Personage which includes HR processes, training coordination, and admin responsibilities. If you have been in a generalist HR role and have acumen in recruitment, we would like to take a look at your profile. You would be the right fit for this role if you are passionate about your work, love using technology such as Microsoft Office suite, Google Drive, Canva, etc., and have a go-getter attitude. Key responsibilities:
1. Manage training schedules, and liaise with trainers, learners, and clients. Implement programs according to a predefined process
2. Complete and organize training documentation for easy future access
3. Ensure prompt invoice submission and handle bookkeeping
4. Facilitate timely payment to trainers in coordination with accounts
5. Work on addressing queries from trainers, learners, and clients efficiently
6. Develop and distribute training materials; manage content access
7. Oversee learning management system and video lesson enrollments
8. Gather formal feedback from clients
9. Handle sourcing, interviewing, and documentation for new hires
10. Oversee basic bookkeeping and equipment maintenance
11. Support the CEO with document preparation, proposals, and project coordination
12. Manage social media postings as directed by the CEO
