2. Manage employee onboarding and orientation process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
3. Maintain accurate HR records and files, including updating employee information, benefits enrollment, and performance evaluations.
4. Assist with employee training and development programs, including scheduling and tracking employee training requirements.
5. Support HR Manager in implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
6. Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including answering phones, responding to emails, and assisting with special projects as needed.
