About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Visit the lobby & reception area & interact with guests
2. Greeting guests and members in a professional and welcoming manner
3. Handling all customer inquiries and bookings in an accurate and efficient manner
4. Follow-up with member package
5. Answering telephone calls and responding to email inquiries
6. Maintaining a good relationship with members and guests
7. Ensuring the smooth running of operations
8. Help in maintaining cleanliness
9. Facilitating monthly sales reports and providing clerical support to the team
10. Active involvement in Center & Marketing activities
11. Mature, customer-oriented, self-motivated, and independent
12. Proficiency in MS Office applications, typing skills
