Key responsibilities:

1. Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the founders, tracking progress and managing timelines
2. Assist with event planning and execution, including venue arrangements, guest lists, and logistics
3. Contribute to maintaining an organized and smooth-running Founder's Office
4. Learn to utilize office tools and software to streamline processes
5. Manage founders' complex schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
6. Prioritize and filter incoming communications, ensuring founders are focused on high-value tasks
7. Draft correspondence, presentations, reports, and other critical documents
8. Coordinate logistics and manage preparations for key meetings, conferences, or events
