Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that employees receive healthy and balanced meals during work hours.
2. Organize activities like exercise sessions, mental health workshops, and lifestyle talks to boost overall wellness for employees.
3. Implement and schedule group fitness classes, workshops, and seminars on health and wellness topics for employees.
4. Customize programs to suit the different interests and needs of our employees
5. Ensure sessions are engaging, informative, and accessible to all employees.
6. Monitor the effectiveness of wellness programs through participation rates and feedback from employees.
7. Adjust our programs and activities based on feedback received from employees to better meet their needs.
