As a member of direct sales team, you are responsible for generating and converting the leads into successful sales.
Key responsibilities:
1. Generating sales leads via cold calling, door-to-door meetings, and sales activities: road shows, canopy activities, society activities, etc.
2. Meeting customers personally and sharing the product details.
3. Following up with the customers and converting the lead into sales.
4. Onboarding the customer and helping in the activation of the product.
Note: This is purely a field sales role with 6 days working(1 rotational week off).

Other requirements
1. Minimum 0-1 years relevant experience
2. Graduate fresher
3. Proven sales experience in the telecom industry Sales will be an added advantage
4. Experience working with the Field Sales Team/Direct Sales Team will be an added advantage
5. Knowledge of different sales techniques and pipeline management
6. Computer use competency will be an added advantage
7. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
8. Self-motivated and driven
