1. Manage the calendar, prioritize appointments, schedule meetings
2. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email and phone calls
3. Organize and prepare for meetings including scheduling, agenda preparation, and note-taking
4. Research and follow up on tasks assigned
5. Maintain office documents and records
