The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and basic computer skills. An art background is not required; however, strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently are essential.
Key responsibilities:
1. Assisting in conducting art workshops, both offline and online
2. Maintaining data and inventory related to workshop materials and supplies
3. Responding to customer queries promptly on Instagram and WhatsApp
4. Coordinating with vendors for procurement and logistical support
5. Assisting the creative director in the creation of artworks
