Key responsibilities:

1. Event Planning and Coordination
Collaborate with clients to understand event objectives and requirements.

2. Customer Interaction and Management
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.

3. Event Execution and Monitoring
Oversee event execution, ensuring it aligns with client expectations and standards.
Provide on-site support during events, addressing any last-minute changes or
challenges.
Ensure timely delivery of services and manage event staff effectively.

4. Post-Event Follow-Up
Gather feedback from clients and attendees to evaluate event success.
Document event details and prepare post-event reports for analysis.
