This is a full-time on-site role for an equity research analyst at Ashry Financial in Varanasi. The equity research analyst will primarily be responsible for conducting financial analysis, creating financial models, and performing research on equity investments to provide insights into potential investments. The Equity Research Analyst will also be responsible for producing equity research reports and presenting their research findings to clients.
1. Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling
2. Background in Finance or related field
3. Experience in researching and analyzing equity investments
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
7. CFA certification or NISM progress towards certification is a plus
