3. Be the facilitator of fun: Manage classroom behavior and create engaging lessons and curriculum materials
4. Be the knowledge keeper: Stay up-to-date with subject knowledge and utilize learning resources effectively
5. Be the innovator: Select and use different resources and equipment to teach creatively
6. Be the liaison: Keep parents informed, collaborate with other professionals, and organize extracurricular activities to enhance learning
