The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day back-office tasks related to order processing, inventory management, customer support, and coordinating with various teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth customer experience. Key responsibilities:
I. Order processing and management:
1. Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy in data entry and timely execution.

3. Handle order modifications, cancellations, returns, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
II. Inventory management:
1. Maintain up-to-date records of inventory, coordinating with warehouse teams to ensure accurate stock levels.
2. Update product availability and stock status on the e-commerce platform.
3. Coordinate with the purchasing department for stock replenishment when needed.
III. Product listing and update management:
1. Assist in uploading and managing product listings on the e-commerce platform, ensuring all product information (descriptions, pricing, images) is accurate and up to date.
2. Ensure product categories, tags, and filters are applied properly for a better user experience.
