We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into our databases, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring the timely and precise entry of information. This role is crucial in supporting various departments and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.
Key responsibilities:
1. Enter and update data into company databases with speed and accuracy.
2. Verify and correct data where necessary.
3. Ensure data integrity and consistency.
4. Regularly back up data to ensure data preservation.
5. Organize and maintain files to ensure data is easily accessible.
6. Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
7. Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
8. Review and interpret data to ensure it is correct and accurately entered.
9. Generate reports as needed.
10. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding data issues.
11. Provide data to authorized users when requested.
12. Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
13. Utilize MS Excel for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
14. Use other office software and equipment as necessary.
Qualifications:
1. Educational Requirements: 10th Pass Candidate,12th Pass Candidates, Graduate Proficiency in MS Excel. Skills & Competencies:
2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
3. Good typing speed and accuracy.
4. Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
Working Conditions:
1. 3 to 4 months contract project
2. Office environment.
3. May require extended hours to meet deadlines
