Data Entry Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry
2. Verify and log receipt of data
3. Transcribe source data into the required electronic format
4. Transfer information from paper formats into computer files using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners
5. Perform high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software
6. Verify the integrity of data by comparing it to source documents
7. Review data for errors, missing pages, or missing information and resolve any discrepancies
8. Maintain a filing system and protect confidential customer information
9. Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
10. Respond to requests to retrieve data from the database or electronic filing system
11. Use basic office equipment (photocopy machine, facsimile machine, etc.)
12. Maintain a satisfactory level of quality and productivity per department standards
13. Complete additional assigned tasks as required
