Key Responsibilities:
1. Be the first point of contact to handle and resolve customer complaints.
2. Very good command of the English language including demonstrated oral, written, and presentation abilities.
3. Freshers are also welcome We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Customer Service Executive to help us build up our business activities.
4. Solving Customer queries and concerns.
Shift Timing:
9 am to 6 pm [9 hours of shift]
Week Off:
Sundays Off.
