Key responsibilities:

1. Greet, smile, and engage with customers to understand their needs
2. Utilize omnichannel mediums to sell products and services that fulfill customers' needs
3. Assist customers in expanding their choices through digital channels when they are in-store
4. Stay up-to-date with Decathlon's products, services, and offers across all channels
5. Select the right offer to give users the right product and services
6. Ensure the best-in-class offer, display, and availability for the sport
7. Guarantee customer and teammates safety in-store, with products, stock storage, and data protection
8. Forecast business according to seasonality/trend and ensure appropriate stock levels
9. Set up an experiential layout with strong visual merchandising strategies to increase business
10. Master the tools needed to give users the best offer, display, and availability.
11. Develop sports' local omnichannel performance
12. Be in charge of the sport and work towards ensuring its growth and market share
13. Act as a sports ambassador, building a sports community to encourage customer engagement in sports practice
14. Affiliate with partners who can help customers practice their sport through events, workshops, and playgrounds
15. Make data-driven decisions for customers according to data collected through omnichannels
16. Preserve resources through site management and societal impact (eco-mobility, waste disposal management)
17. Boost eco-designed product sales
18. Boost the share of circular sales (Buyback, Services, etc.)
19. Reduce emissions and wastage at the site
