Customer Service Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on customer interaction: Engage with customers over phone calls to remind them of upcoming repayments and assist with any payment-related queries.
2. Work on collections: Execute collection strategies to recover outstanding payments while maintaining a positive customer relationship.
3. Handle payment tracking: Monitor and track payment statuses, ensuring timely follow-up on overdue accounts.
4. Work on problem-solving: Address and resolve any payment disputes or discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.
5. Handle documentation: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, payment statuses, and any action taken in the CRM system.
6. Work on reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on repayment statuses, collection efficiency, and any challenges faced.
