Job Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients have a seamless and positive experience with their food orders. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests through phone, chat, and email. Your effective communication and problem-solving skills will significantly influence customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Education: Degree or equivalent education.
2. Experience: Previous customer service experience, ideally in food delivery or hospitality.

Skills:

1. Exceptional verbal and written communication.
2. Empathetic and patient approach.
3. Proficiency with customer support software and tools.
4. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Availability: Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

a. Customer Interaction:
1. Order Assistance
2. Issue Resolution
3. Menu Knowledge
4. Feedback Collection
5. Communication
6. Documentation
7. Upselling & Cross-selling

b. Shift Flexibility:
1. Be available to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

c. Outbound Calls:
1. Make daily calls to existing customers to boost sales and meet targets.
2. Generate new leads and schedule appointments using provided data.

d. Customer Refunds:
1. Initiate and track customer refunds, following up with relevant teams.
2. Maintain records of refunds and reasons for reporting.

e. Daily MIS:
1. Send order count details to relevant teams and update them on order flow changes.
2. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as scheduled.

f. ERP:
1. Ensure accurate updates of customer orders and data in the ERP system.
2. Correct existing customer data and manage route corrections.

g. Others:
1. Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting manager or senior team members.
2. Adapt to additional responsibilities based on business needs.

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
