1. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
2. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
5. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
6. Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns.
8. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
9. Passion for eating healthy and doing good in the world
10. Prior experience with Isha Yoga Centre, Art of Living, or any such institute a bonus
