This role is for a customer care executive (voice & sales process).
We are seeking customer care executives to join our dynamic team for both voice and sales processes. As a customer care executive, you will handle incoming calls, address customer inquiries, provide information about our products/services, and promote sales through effective communication. Fluency in English is mandatory, along with proficiency in any one of the following languages: Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage and resolve customer complaints.
2. Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company.
3. Maintain customer satisfaction through excellent service.
