Customer Sales & Support Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Serve as the single point of contact for order tracking and all sales support to customers on chat and call platforms
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
3. Provide product information and guidance to customers, ensuring they understand benefits and usage
4. Stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities
5. Identify and target potential customers to drive sales growth
6. Conduct outreach via phone, WhatsApp, and email to keep customers updated regarding their order status
7. Educate customers about new products and promotions
8. Assist customers with the order process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
9. Escalate issues to team leads and persistent issues directly to senior management
10. Provide follow-up support to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business
11. Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of products
12. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction
13. Ensure a thorough understanding of customer needs and effective resolution of their concerns
14. Demonstrate a temperament for handling customers with care and in a clear and convincing manner
