We are looking for a qualified Customer Support Executive to manage a team of representatives who will offer excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a customer support team while fostering a positive work environment.
2. Oversee the customer service process, resolving complaints and conducting quality assurance surveys.
3. Maintain in-depth product knowledge to assist customers and provide actionable solutions to their issues.
4. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to identify areas for improvement and inform clients about promotions.
5. Manage phone inquiries and direct them appropriately, while also developing clear communication for promotions via email and social media.
6. Oversee payment processing, order delivery, and assist customers in selecting suitable products.
7. Build positive relationships with clients and generate reports on customer satisfaction to support team development.
8. Schedule appointments based on customer availability and ensure a positive customer experience, relaying feedback to management for enhancements.
