As a Customer Relationship Manager at Raak Sapphire, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. Your excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and problem-solving expertise will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Proficiency in MS Excel and is a must, as well as fluency in spoken English.
Key responsibilities:
1.Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team and leadership to develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives
2. Customer Acquisition: Identify and target new business opportunities within the education sector, including schools, colleges, universities, and other educational institutions
3. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including educators, administrators, and decision-makers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
4. Product Demonstration: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of our educational products and services
5. Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closure, tracking sales activities and providing regular updates on progress and forecasts
