About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Reach out to customers with overdue payments via phone calls
2. Provide information regarding payment deadlines, amounts due, and available payment options
3. Call customers, explain loan products, and address any questions to meet their needs
4. Assist with loan applications, ensure proper documentation, and close sales to meet targets

Requirements:

1. Minimum Class 12 pass and above
2. Must be fluent in Hindi and a regional language, with the ability to read and understand English
3. Age: 18 - 35 years
4. Up to 2 years of any experience (Freshers can also apply)
5. Must be a resident of West Bengal
