Counseling And Sales Head Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Sales and marketing of Australia PR, Canada PR Programs
2. Counseling Clients on different migration programs
3. Getting the maximum client registrations done on a monthly basis
4. Handling team of 3 to 5 tele-counselors for generating sales
5. Conducting Zoom and in-person counseling sessions with convincing sales skills
6. Keeping track of each client in the pipeline on a day-to-day basis
7. Taking reports from tele-counselors on a daily basis and assessing their performance
8. Make sure no false commitment is made in whatever the case may be while counseling the clients
9. Staying updated on the latest changes in the migration rules of different countries
10. Protecting the data of the company at all times and supervising team members for the same
