As the sales and business development manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the company s sales initiatives and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and nurturing existing client accounts to achieve sales targets and foster long-term partnerships.
Key responsibilities:
1. Identify new market opportunities and potential clients through strategic research and outreach.
2. Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
4. Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless transition to account management.
5. Develop proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts with clients.
6. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a regular basis.
7. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that best fit their requirements.
8. Manage and nurture client relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
9. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products/services according to client needs.
10. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
11. Recommend and implement strategic initiatives to capitalize on market developments and enhance the company s competitive position.
1. Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
2. Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

5. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
