About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to identify and qualify potential clients
2. Explain the features and benefits of IT solutions, including networking, security, wireless, and telephony products
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through regular follow-ups
4. Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings and provide necessary client insights
5. Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
6. Actively engage in on-the-job training to improve product knowledge and sales techniques
