About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects.
2. Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects recommending solutions.
3. Work on outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities/secondary data sources.
4. Work on daily follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads.
5. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Other requirements

1. Education: Any undergraduate degree (BBA, B.Tech, B.A., etc.).

2. Proficiency in verbal and written communication.

3. Ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal, numerical, and analytical skills.

4. Competency in decision-making.

5. Fluency in English and Hindi (mandatory), with optional knowledge of Kannada, Tamil, Marathi, or Telugu.

6. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word).

7. Flexibility to work day shifts (9 hours of login between 8 AM - 10 PM).

8. Willingness to work 6 days a week, with a weekday off.

9. Requirement of a laptop with a webcam and reliable high-speed internet connection.

10. Energetic and enthusiastic approach to closing sales deals and generating revenue for the organization.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
