Key responsibilities:

1. Research industry-related topics and generate ideas for new content
2. Write clear, concise, and engaging content for websites, blogs, articles, social media, emails, and other platforms
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies and campaigns that align with business goals
4. Edit and proofread content to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines
5. Optimize content for SEO and incorporate relevant keywords to improve search engine visibility
6. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate fresh ideas and approaches into content creation
7. Create compelling headlines, taglines, and calls to action to attract and engage target audiences
8. Manage content calendars and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of content
9. Assist in the development and implementation of content marketing initiatives
10. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and content ideation meetings

Other requirements

1. A bachelors degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field

2. Proven experience as a Content Writer or similar role with at least one year of experience is a plus

3. Exceptional writing and grammar skills

4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently

5. Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques

6. Excellent research skills and the ability to gather information from diverse sources

7. Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

8. Creativity and the ability to think outside the box

9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and content management systems (CMS) is a plus

10. A portfolio of writing samples or relevant coursework is highly desirable

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
