About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in the coordination and monitoring of clinical trials as per regulatory guidelines.
2. Support the collection, documentation, and analysis of clinical trial data.
3. Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and study protocols.
4. Assist in preparing study-related documents, reports, and regulatory submissions.
5. Collaborate with investigators, site coordinators, and the clinical research team.
6. Maintain trial-related records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

Other requirements

- BSc/MSc in life sciences, pharmacy, or any life science graduate.

- Basic understanding of clinical research principles and GCP guidelines.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,20,000 /year
