Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
2. Manage and monitor all social media channels, emails and inbound and outbound calls, to enhance client engagement.
3. Prepare and deliver weekly performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and client feedback.
4. Update and maintain customer account information using internal software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
5. Collaborate with partner teams to ensure adherence to compliance regulations and industry standards, providing necessary support where required.
