Client Relationship Executive Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
2. Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
3. Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers.
4. Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate issues as necessary.
5. Process customer orders, modifications, and cancellations.
6. Assist customers with billing and payment-related questions.
7. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
8. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
9. Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
10. Meet or exceed customer service performance goals and objectives.
