The coordinator will ensure that properties are well-maintained, compliant with community standards, and that all maintenance tasks are managed efficiently from a distance.

6. Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies, coordinating with property managers, vendors, and contractors.
7. Keep all emergency maintenance procedures up-to-date and ensure they are communicated to the relevant parties.
1. Fresh graduate in civil engineering.
2. Civil engineering graduate with up to 2 years of experience in property management projects.
3. Strong english speaking and writing skills.
