We are looking for a dynamic Civil Engineer to join our site execution team at Vivid Storeys LLP! If you possess good technical knowledge along with good communication and coordination abilities with a passion for delivering things at the site then this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Utilize your expertise in Quantity estimation to assess quantities required for procurement, billing and budgeting.
2. Proficiently use AutoCAD to extract key details from drawings required for execution at the site.
3. Maintain site documentation such as daily progress reports, labour attendance, Material received and issued details. Attend daily and weekly meetings to schedule daily and weekly tasks, list material requirements, highlight site issues, plan labour requirements, raise requests for drawings in the meeting
4. Should have a keen eye for quality in work. Closely observe quality deliverance at the site and highlight workmanship and material defects if any are found and get them rectified.
5. Should be able to provide and check site markings for various activities.
6. Good knowledge of Bar Bending schedule to estimate the quantity of steel required for procurement during various stages of construction
7. Use your knowledge of Quantity surveying for verification of vendor bills and identify any defects in billing.
6. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other team members to ensure projects are completed successfully.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to continuously improve project outcomes.
