As a Business Development Executive at Spaark Overseas, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our business through strategic sales initiatives and client relationships. Your proficiency in spoken English, MS-Excel, sales, sales pitch, negotiation, problem-solving, MS-Office, and recruitment will be essential for success in this role.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and targets
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market research
3. Lead sales pitches and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our services and solutions
4. Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships
5. Utilize MS-Excel to analyze sales data, track progress, and optimize performance
6. Collaborate with the recruitment team to onboard and train new sales professionals
