Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategies for new business opportunities and revenue growth.
2. Lead the end-to-end process of closing a deal including negotiations.
3. Develop quotes and proposals for clients.
4. Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
5. Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
6. Train personnel and help team members develop their skills.
7. Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
9. Monitor and report on business development activities and progress to the management.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2. 0-2 years' prior industry-related business development experience.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
5. Focused and goal-oriented.
6. Experience in sales of TVC/DVC and corporate films.
7. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
8. Expertise in generating leads and converting them into prospects.
9. Proficient in software like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and general technical skills.
10. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
