More information about us and our work can be found at www.drinkprime.in Purpose of the role: We are looking for people who are able to take up the challenge of managing 100 B2B Accounts, are super ambitious, and at the same time, enjoy the excitement and unpredictability of working in a startup environment.
Key responsibilities:
1. Analyzing and co-ordinating the partnerships & marketing of our business
2. In this role, you will be responsible for driving critical pivots around the overall process of partnership management
3. Keeping account of leads generated from B2B Channels
4. Assist customers with requests and explain the product and benefits. Tracking and addressing the B2B customer query and trying to get it solved within TAT
5. Taking care of B2B accounts, invoices, and billing cycle
6. Coordinating with internal and external teams and resolving the customer query.
7. Communicate with customers if needed
8. Work with senior stakeholders
Required Skills:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
