About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
2. Business Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop new leads, and foster the growth of the client base
3. Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong client relationships, nurturing existing clients and fostering new partnerships
4. Marketing Support: Assist with marketing and promotional projects to support sales and profitability objectives
5. Business Expansion: Identify new business opportunities through market research and strategic networking
6. Proposal Development: Create and maintain comprehensive business proposals focusing on our innovative product offerings
7. Feedback and Understanding: Understand client requirements, gather feedback, and align sales strategies to meet client needs
8. Sales Meetings: Plan and conduct sales meetings with potential and existing clients to drive sales and secure partnerships

Other requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the medical industry

3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships

4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills

5. Proficiency in strategic planning and business development

6. Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

7. Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiation principles

8. Ability to work independently and manage extensive travel requirements effectively

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹23,000 - 25,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,00,000 /year
