As an outbound/business development associate, your key objective is growing the coverage and quality of the MakeMyTrip & GoIbibo hotel supply network. You will take care of a large portfolio of emerging hotel partners and assist in partnership-related functions at scale.
Key responsibilities:
1. Contact high-growth hotel partners to highlight room night & revenue growth opportunities and maximize sales
2. Contact new or potential hotel partners to encourage the completion of their online listing
3. Encourage program participation through focused project sprints
4. Communicate efficiently with partners through various communication methods including phone, email, messaging, and webinars
5. Train and inform partners on our technologies, tools, extranet, and models
6. Familiarize hotel partners with different channels of sale and how to maximize their sales through them
7. Prioritize daily tasks, monitor results, and track progress in internal systems
