Job description:

As a Banquet Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and maximizing profitability for our banquet and event services. Your primary responsibility will be to generate sales leads, secure bookings, and oversee the planning and execution of events. You will collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional guest experiences. This role requires strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key responsibilities:

1. Sales Generation: Identify and pursue sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
2. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process.
3. Event Planning and Coordination: Work closely with clients to develop event proposals, timelines, and floor plans.

Qualifications:
a. Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
b. Proven experience in banquet sales, event planning, or hospitality sales (preferred), with a track record of achieving sales targets.
c. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence decision-making.
d. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
e. Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management abilities.
f. Certification in Event Management or Hospitality Sales (desired, but not required).
