About the job

We are looking to hire a resource for back-office order processing and customer follow-ups for hosting service renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Communicating with customers via phone and email to follow up on renewal orders and payments
2. Sending renewal proposals to customers
3. Preparing internal CRM documents (STF/SSTF) upon receipt of orders
4. Coordinating with internal teams for invoicing and other order processing-related activities

Job Type: 1-year contract
Location: Kurla (W), Mumbai - 400070, near Vidyavihar station
