Key responsibilities:

1. Develop recruitment goals and objectives
2. Develop a sustainable recruiting strategy based on our goals and needs
3. Source passive candidates
4. Search resume databases for the most suitable candidates
5. Communicate with Hiring Managers
6. Determine the effectiveness and success of current recruiting plans and strategies
7. Recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
8. Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates
9. Use a multi-channel approach to recruit
10. Evaluate which sources bring the best candidates
11. Identify key recruiting KPIs
12. Plan and implement a Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants
13. Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
14. Interview candidates following the company's rules and regulations
15. Adhere to laws, rules, and regulations
16. Adhere to personal data privacy regulations
17. Prepare a report every week for the tasks completed or in progress
