Key Responsibilities:

1. Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates.
2. Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
3. Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
4. Create and manage job postings to attract qualified candidates.
5. Assist in coordinating interviews, follow-ups, and feedback between candidates and hiring managers.
6. Conduct research on industry trends and salary benchmarks to support recruitment strategies.
7. Assist with the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
8. Handle various administrative duties related to the recruitment process, such as preparing offer letters and managing documentation.
